Today was the Stourbridge running club “Bridge to Port to Bridge” race and Team CVT Shared Lives, assisted by myself ( team CVT IT ) and Ingo ( team CVT Taurus Crafts ) had a very enjoyable if not a little wet day.

Our relay team ran the 34 mile course in 5:40 which is entirely respectable and I am sure we will be back again next year !
